captivating

oh my goodness. rarely does a song move me to tears but the beginning was so passionate and captivating. it could have taken to song in so many directions-i was expecting more epic-orchectral sound, but the techno path suits it perfectly! the fast paced mid-section gets the energy out that has been pent-up, while the piano is very evoking., phenomenal!

loved the intro

i am a little a.d.d. about the music i listen to sometimes. it really has to capture my attention in the first few seconds or i skip it. i loved yur intro to the songl. however the rest of the song didn't really seem to flow well in my opinion. the intro set it up in my mind to be a harder more industrial piece. the synth that kicks in at :18 is a little too "80's" i think. a harder, more abrasive synth could really step this song up a notch. however, your bassline and attention to rhythm detail is sensational. overall very nice work! something i wish i could have come up with myself.

full sound

you had an amazingly full sound throughout the whole piece. i would have preferred a slightly heavier or more melodic bassline, and i was extremely disappointed in the ending. it seemed very abrupt. i would have built up to the end a little differently. also, i think perhaps the main synth melody with just the kick for about 2-4 measures, then adding the rest of the instruments would have been effective. usually its hard to make the song sound full and not empty, but the sound was full the entire song. the adding, then taking away of layers in the music could be very effective. fantastic work.
